3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

A. Payments

Certain services may require payment. Pricing and payment details will be provided before purchase.

B. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

  • A technical issue prevents service delivery
  • The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period

Refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Mastermine Technologies Pvt Ltd.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining backups.
  • We do not guarantee permanent storage.
  • Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and photography materials.

B. ClickMomentz Property

All trademarks, branding, software, graphics, and service-related materials belonging to ClickMomentz remain the intellectual property of Mastermine Technologies Pvt Ltd.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious software or harmful content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
