You are responsible for maintaining account security.
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

A. Payments

B. Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable period

Users may upload photos, albums, branding assets, documents, and related photography materials.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups.
We do not guarantee permanent storage.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and photography materials.

B. ClickMomentz Property

All trademarks, branding, software, graphics, and service-related materials belonging to ClickMomentz remain the intellectual property of Mastermine Technologies Pvt Ltd.

7. Prohibited Activities

Upload malicious software or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Violate intellectual property rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
